info
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
We provide motorcycles or, if requested at the time of registration, scooters for each of our Basic RiderCourses. Students are required to provide their own bike for our Experienced and Advanced RiderCourses. A borrowed motorcycle may be used if written permission from the owner is provided as well as proof of insurance. We have one 3-Wheeled motorcycle available for rent for our 3-Wheeled RiderCourse. For more information please contact us.
There are some states that reciprocate with TN for the M endorsement waiver certificate and requirements, but that is on an individual basis. To be sure that a course certificate would work to obtain your M endorsement in your state, you will need to call your local DMV.
We do ride in the rain. Your safety is our first priority, so if there is lightening or icing conditions, we would not continue to ride, but we are usually able to adjust our schedule and complete class. We have some flexibility in our course schedules as we have work that can be done in doors for most of our classes and we can start classes/ or end early as well to insure the most comfortable climate possible for riding time.
We will refund your money if cancellation is made seven days or more prior to your scheduled class date. We are unable to provide refunds in most other cases, as our classes have a limited number of student spots and book up in advance. Our expenses are based on the number of students registered, therefore when a student fails to attend the class we still have to pay expenses related to that student's participation. We will be glad to allow you to reschedule if necessary within the week prior to class, though a rescheduling fee will be charged.
We have an excellent pass rate with more than 90% of students completing our courses successfully. We cannot guarantee that every student will pass. While each student will be given ample opportunity with remedial/individual coaching as needed, there are some rare occasions where a student is unable to meet the requirements for successful completion. It is important to realize that motorcycling is not for everyone and it is our coaches responsibility not only to provide you and your classmates with the opportunity to learn in a safe environment, but to inform each student when they are not meeting the criteria established by the MSF for successful completion of the course. It is our hope that this information will help each student recognize weakness and strengths should they choose to continue to ride outside our course.
